Independent Study

Although our on-line degree program is very flexible and does not impose scheduled class times, it may not be suitable for everyone. Some students may not have ready access to the Internet. Some may prefer to learn at their own pace. The Independent Study program is designed to meet these needs.

After enrolling in a class, Independent Study students receive a course packet that includes all of the learning materials for the course with directions for submitting assignments through e-mail. Students may take up to six months to complete the course work for a class. Enrollment for Independent Study is always open. You can enroll for any class at any time.
