Tuition

The Worship Arts Conservatory strives to maintain a high quality of education while keeping tuition affordable for students. Tuition fees are currently $160 per course (or $480 per quarter), making the total cost for the degree program only $2,880. A notice of tuition fees due (and any financial aid awarded) will be included in the student's acceptance packet. Tuition for each quarter must be received before students will be issued a password to gain access to the online classroom.

Payment Plans

In addition to quarterly tuition payments, the Worship Arts Conservatory provides an optional monthly tuition payment plan. Students can make payments on a per course basis instead of paying for a full quarter: three monthly payments of $160.

Tuition for each quarter is due before the beginning of the quarter. Monthly payments are due before the first day of class for that month. All payments due must be received before the student will be given access to the classroom or course materials. Other payment arrangements will be considered for churches and other organizations that wish to sponsor students. Independent Study students must pay tuition in total before the course materials will be sent.

Checks or money orders should be made payable to The Worship Arts Conservatory and mailed to the Admissions Office. Payments may also be made through our secure on-line bookstore.

Other Costs

Textbooks and any other course-specific materials are not included in tuition costs. Textbooks may be purchased through on-line vendors such as Amazon.com. Often, supplementary instructional resources are provided by instructors in the on-line classroom at no additional cost. Upon enrollment, you can view the syllabus for the course to determine the required texts and materials for a particular class.

Tuition Refunds

Should a student be unable to complete the program of study, the student should submit a written request for withdrawal to the Admissions Office. In the case of withdrawal, the student forfeits the $25.00 application fee. The remaining balance of the tuition paid will be refunded in accordance with the following schedule:

Withdrawal by the end of 1st week of class - 75% refund
Withdrawal by the end of 2nd week of class - 50% refund
Withdrawal by the end of 3rd week of class - 25% refund
Withdrawal by the end of 4th week of class - 0% refund

No refunds will be made to students withdrawing for disciplinary reasons or academic failure. Refunds will be made only by check payable to the student, unless a third party (such as a church or scholarship committee) paid the tuition. In the latter case, the refund check will be issued in the name of the third party. Please allow six to eight weeks for all refunds to be processed.

Written requests for withdrawals received after close of business on the last business day of the current week will be considered as having been received the following week. Requests for withdrawals may be submitted by e-mail, but a signed, written request must also be mailed to the Admissions Office.
